Medway Community Farm will be hosting its annual Earth Day event on Saturday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

This family event is sure to please with lots of earth-friendly outdoor fun! In addition to tours of the farm where you can see all the changes happening or in store for the near future, there will be a scavenger hunt and trail walks. Stop by the chicken yard to say hi on your way to the Farmstand where you can pick up some fresh organic produce, freshly popped popcorn, and flower bulbs for your garden. Vendors will also be at the farm for all to browse what they have to offer in their booths. 

Sue Houde, a member of the board who is leading the event, says “Feel free to bring a picnic lunch and a blanket to enjoy in the fields to make your day complete. We definitely want this to be a fun family day for all to get outdoors and enjoy the farm and open space.”
