Rabies and Microchip Clinic in May
On May 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Norfolk, Millis & Medway Animal Control will present a Rabies and Microchip Clinic, in conjunction with Parkway Animal Hospital, in the rear parking lot of the Norfolk Fire Department at 117 Main Street, Norfolk.
Animal Control Officers Cohen and Mallette along with Ilene Segal DVM will host a vaccination and microchip clinic for your pets who may be due for a rabies booster.
They will also offer microchipping to give your pet a permanent identification in case of an emergency, theft concerns, proof of ownership, etc.
All dogs must be on leash, and all cats must be in a secure, appropriate carrier or leash and harness trained. If you own an unpredictable and/or aggressive animal, please keep your animal secured in your vehicle while you check in.
This will be an outdoor clinic for animals that do not need to be confined indoors to achieve vaccination.
COST: Rabies: 15, fully registered microchip: $25.

Dog licensing options are available for residents of Millis, Medway and Norfolk. Each town has their own bylaws; late fees may apply.
