Free Narcan training at Medway Public Library on Nov. 1 and Dec. 2
SAFE Coalition offers services related to substance use recovery and mental health support
SAFE Coalition is a Franklin-based nonprofit helping the region with substance use recovery and mental health support. They offer a variety of free community services such as Narcan training, support groups, special events, and youth programming.
On Nov. 1 and Dec. 2, SAFE will offer free community Narcan training at these locations:
Norfolk Public Library
9–10 a.m.
Medway Public Library, 10:30–11 a.m.
Wrentham Public Library, 11:30 a.m.–noon
SAFE can also schedule 1-on-1 Narcan trainings or bring training to your organization or group. For more information, contact [email protected].
On Nov. 7, SAFE will show the documentary “Recovery City” at 6:30 p.m. followed by a Q&A at 8:15 p.m. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for viewing of Ribbons of Recovery art installation. Presented by FIRST Steps Together with the Cape Cod Children’s Place, Ribbons for Recovery uses material art to reveal the many paths taken toward recovery and the effort it takes to continue the journey.
